Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked squash
    4 Tbsp. chopped onion
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 egg, beaten
    1 c. cracker crumbs
    1 can cream of mushroom soup (10 1/2 oz.)
    1 c. cheese, grated
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/4 tsp. garlic salt (optional)
Preparation
    Cook squash and onion until tender.
    Add butter and let melt. Add other ingredients.
    Pour into well-greased casserole dish. Bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 1 hour or until brown.
