Lemon-Lime Turkey, Grilled - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bone-in turkey breast half (2 to 3 lb.)
    1 1/2 c. or 1 (12 oz.) can sugar-free lemon-lime soda
    2 Tbsp. canola oil
    1/4 c. reduced-sodium soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. prepared horseradish
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    4 c. hot cooked rice
Preparation
    Rinse the turkey and pat dry with paper towels.
    Place in a large self-closing plastic bag.
    In small bowl, stir together the soda, oil, soy sauce, horseradish and garlic powder.
    Pour mixture over turkey in bag.
    Seal bag and marinate the turkey in refrigerator for 2 hours, turning bag occasionally.
