Low Calorie Sweet And Sour Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple in own juice
    1 c. low-fat Russian dressing
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 tsp. poppy seed
    3 whole chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
    rice (cook as desired)
Preparation
    Combine pineapple, salad dressing, onion and poppy seed.
    Pour half of mixture in baking dish, place chicken on mixture and pour remaining mixture over chicken.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 40 minutes. Serve over rice.
    Serves 5 to 6.
