Cheesy Nachos(Microwave) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

24 large tortilla chips
1/4 tsp. chili powder (optional)
1/8 tsp. ground cumin (optional)
1 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
2 to 4 Tbsp. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Arrange tortilla chips on a 10-inch glass or paper plate. Place remaining ingredients in a plastic bag. Shake to mix. Sprinkle mixture over the chips. Microwave at 50% (Medium) for 3 to 8 minutes or until cheese melts, rotating plate 2 or 3 times during cooking.
Makes 24 nachos.
