Coconut Cream Cheese Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. butter
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    3 1/2 c. powdered sugar
    2 c. flaked coconut
    2 tsp. milk
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Melt 2 teaspoons butter in skillet; add coconut, stir constantly, over low heat until golden brown.
    Spread coconut on paper towel to cool.
    Cream butter and cheese; add milk, sugar and 1 3/4 cup coconut.
    Spread on cake layers.
    Sprinkle remainder on cake.
