Raisin Bran Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (15 oz.) pkg. Raisin Bran (7 1/2 c.)
2 c. sugar
5 c. flour
5 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. salt
4 eggs, beaten
1 c. salad oil
1 qt. buttermilk
Preparation
-
Combine and mix first five ingredients.
Then add the rest. Mix well.
Refrigerate in covered bowl.
Set overnight before using.
Fill muffin tins 2/3 full.
Dough will keep for 1 month refrigerated.
Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 375\u00b0.
