Chicken Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients
- 
                            2 Tbsp. margarine
 
2 c. chicken broth
2 Tbsp. flour or cornstarch
2 c. skim milk
Preparation
- 
                            Melt margarine in saucepan.
 
Add flour and stir until dissolved. Add other ingredients and cook until bubbly.
Makes 4 cups, 130 calories each.
(Broccoli may be used instead of chicken to make cream of broccoli soup.)
