Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 chopped onion
    2 or 3 cloves garlic (garlic salt may be used)
    4 or 6 strips lasagna, cooked
    3 tsp. salt
    2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    2 tsp. parsley flakes
    1 1/2 to 2 c. spaghetti sauce
    2 tsp. oregano
    1 lb. grated Mozzarella cheese
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 to 1 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 can tomato puree
    1 (15 oz.) can diced tomatoes
Preparation
    Brown ground beef, garlic and onion in skillet.
    Add tomato sauce, tomatoes, puree, spaghetti sauce and all spices.
    Simmer for 30 minutes after it boils.
    Boil lasagna until almost done. Drain.
    Cover bottom of greased baking dish with 1/2 of beef mixture.
    Lay noodles on top until entirely covered.
    Make 2 layers.
    Sprinkle with 1/2 Mozzarella and all the Parmesan.
    Top with remaining beef mixture.
    Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Cover and bake at 350\u00b0
    for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
    Serves 6 to 8.
