Broccoli Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder or 1 clove, minced
    1 medium onion, chopped fine
    1/2 stick butter
Preparation
    Cook broccoli according to package and drain.
    Saute onion in butter.
    Add garlic and soup.
    Add cheese until it melts.
    Stir in broccoli.
    Serve hot.
