Lemon Cool Whip Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 oz. Cool Whip, thawed
    1 pkg. lemon cake mix
    1 egg (room temperature)
Preparation
    Beat egg at high speed or by hand until fluffy.
    Add Cool Whip and blend well.
    Fold in cake mix until blended.
    Roll in walnut size balls.
    Roll balls in sifted confectioners sugar. Place on well-greased cookie sheet an inch apart.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Remove from cookie sheet while warm with spatula. Makes about 3 dozen.
    These freeze very well.
    (Any flavor of box cake mix may be used.)
