Baked Brisket - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 lb. beef brisket
    1/2 bottle liquid smoke
    1/2 tsp. celery salt
    1/2 tsp. onion salt
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
Preparation
    Place brisket in large piece of foil or in a cooking bag. Sprinkle generously with liquid smoke, celery salt, onion salt and garlic salt.
    Wrap well and put into a crock-pot.
    Cover and cook on low for 8 to 12 hours.
    Serve warm with the following sauce.
