Ingredients

2 c. milk
1 c. sugar
4 Tbsp. flour
3 egg yolks
1 c. coconut
1 Tbsp. butter
1 Tbsp. vanilla
Preparation

Bring to a boil milk, sugar, flour and egg yolks (beaten). Stir constantly until mixture is thick.
Remove from heat and add coconut, butter and vanilla.
Put in a baked pie crust and add meringue, then sprinkle with coconut on top and brown in oven.
