Blueberry Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. nut bread mix
2 Tbsp. cocoa
2 Tbsp. instant coffee in 1 c. warm water
1 egg
1 c. fresh blueberries
Preparation

Combine ingredients.
Spray bread pan.
Pour into bread pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 55 minutes.
Cool 10 minutes before removing from pan to cooling rack.
Cool thoroughly before slicing.
Store in Saran Wrap.
