Easy Chili Con Queso Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large onions, chopped
    3 cloves garlic, chopped
    3 small cans green chili peppers, drained and chopped
    3 (No. 2) cans tomatoes
    2 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
Preparation
    Drain tomatoes; add to onions, garlic and peppers.
    Simmer in saucepan for 1 hour.
    Add cheese; stir until cheese melts.
    Serve with corn chips.
    Makes 2 quarts.
