Regal Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. cold, cooked chicken, diced (preferably all white meat)
1 c. finely diced celery
3/4 c. white grapes, sliced or halved
3/4 c. drained pineapple chunks
1/2 c. chopped pecans or walnuts
3/4 to 1 tsp. salt
3/4 c. whipped cream or Cool Whip
3/4 to 1 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
Preparation

Combine first 6 ingredients.
Toss gently.
Mix mayonnaise or salad dressing and salt.
Fold in whipping cream or Cool Whip. Add to chicken mixture.
Chill.
To garnish, serve on a bed of lettuce.
