Soy Pork - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 to 4 lb.) pork loin
    2 c. water
    2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    2 Tbsp. hot peppers
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    1/4 c. soy sauce
Preparation
    Place pork loin into large baking dish. Add water and soy sauce. Garnish top of loin with salt, garlic powder, hot peppers and parsley leaves. Bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 2 1/2 to 3 hours. Serve immediately.
