Chicken Tarragon(Makes 4 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 chicken breasts (boneless)
    1 c. white wine
    1 Tbsp. dried tarragon
    4 Tbsp. butter, divided
    1/2 c. fresh mushrooms
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 c. heavy cream
Preparation
    Cut chicken into thick julienne strips.
    Add tarragon to wine, let stand 30 minutes.
    In skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat and saute mushrooms.
    Remove mushrooms from skillet and set aside.
