Fried Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. cold cooked rice
    1/2 lb. diced, cooked bacon
    3 eggs, beaten
    2 Tbsp. cold water
    3/4 c. celery, diced
    1/2 onion, diced
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/3 tsp. salt
    1/3 tsp. m.s.g.
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    3 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
    Add cold water to cooked rice; separate grains.
    Add eggs to bacon.
    Heat skillet on high; add oil.
    Fry celery and onion until soft; add eggs and bacon and cook for 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
    Add rice and mix.
    Add sauce made from all other ingredients.
    Heat thoroughly.
