Priest'S Lunch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. beef brisket, cubed
    4 potatoes, peeled and diced
    1 c. diced celery
    8 small white onions
    3 tomatoes, quartered
    4 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. paprika
    4 bay leaves
    12 whole peppercorns
    2 cans consomme
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients with 2 1/2 consomme cans of water in deep casserole.
    Cover tightly.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 2 1/2 hours.
