Rosemary'S Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. milk
    2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1 beaten egg
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 c. melted shortening
Preparation
    Mix milk, egg and shortening.
    Sift other ingredients and mix with first mixture.
    Do not beat.
    Pour into greased muffin pans 2/3 full.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
