Hot Vegetable Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small head cabbage
5 potatoes
2 green peppers
3 big carrots
3 medium size onions
Preparation

Chop cabbage in very fine pieces and fry on medium using vegetable oil.
Boil potatoes for 20 minutes and cut in pieces. Cut peppers, carrots and onions in small pieces and fry, stirring for 10 minutes using butter.
Mix everything and cook on low for 5 minutes.
Add spices to taste.
