Black-Eyed Peas - Dressed Up - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (15 oz.) cans Luck's black-eyed peas (seasoned with pork)
    1 (16 oz.) can Red Glo whole peeled tomatoes (use all juice)
    1 medium onion, chopped
Preparation
    Cut up tomatoes (and juice) in medium pieces; put in pot with lid.
    Add chopped onion and cook until onion is done.
    Add peas and cook on medium until warm.
    Serve in a bowl as soup.
    An easy and fast meal.
    Very good in cold weather.
    Serve with saltine crackers or cheese toast.
