Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can mixed vegetables, drained
    1 can water chestnuts, drained
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. cheese
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and top with crumbled Ritz crackers. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
