Blueberry Cheesecake Bars - cooking recipe

1 pkg. Duncan Hines style blueberry muffin mix
1/4 c. oleo
1/3 c. chopped nuts
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
1 egg
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. grated lemon peel
Preparation

Grease a 9-inch pan.
Rinse blueberries with cold water and drain.
Cut oleo into muffin mix.
Stir in nuts.
Press into bottom of pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Blend cream cheese and sugar.
Add egg, lemon juice and lemon peel.
Spread on crust. Sprinkle with blueberries.
Sprinkle on topping from muffin mix. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
Refrigerate when cool.
