Spinach Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
    2 large onions, chopped
    3/4 c. margarine
    2 c. corn bread stuffing mix
    5 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    2 Tbsp. garlic powder
Preparation
    Cook spinach using package directions; drain.
    Saute onions in margarine in skillet until onions are transparent.
    Stir in stuffing mix, beaten eggs, Parmesan cheese and garlic powder. Roll into small balls.
    Place on baking sheet; freeze.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes or until firm.
    Serve warm.
    May store frozen spinach balls in plastic bags in freezer and bake as needed.
