Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. cooked, cubed chicken
1 1/2 c. celery, chopped
2 Tbsp. minced parsley
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. whipped cream
1 c. mayo
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. toasted almonds
Preparation

Toss together the chicken, celery, parsley, salt and pepper. Fold in carefully the whipped cream, mayo, lemon juice and toasted almonds. Serve on little sandwiches.
