Crescent Bacon Brunch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 slices bacon, fried and crumbled
    3 eggs, lightly beaten
    3/4 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. instant minced onion
    1 can (8 oz.) crescent dinner rolls
    3 slices (7 x 4-inches) Swiss cheese
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley or parsley flakes
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
    In a small mixing bowl, combine bacon, eggs, milk and onion; set aside.
    Separate crescent roll dough and place in the bottom of an ungreased 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Press over bottom and 1 inch up the side of the pan to form a crust.
    Place cheese over the crust.
    Pour egg mixture over the cheese.
    Bake 18 to 20 minutes, until lightly brown and a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
    For easier handling, cool 5 to 10 minutes before cutting and serving.
