Chicken Salad Supreme - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. sour cream
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. lemon rind
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. salt
2 c. cooked, chopped chicken
1 c. seedless green grapes
1 c. chopped celery
1/4 to 1/2 c. slivered almonds
Preparation

Mix mayonnaise, sour cream, sugar, lemon rind and juice, ginger and salt.
In another bowl, mix chicken, grapes, celery and almonds.
Add to mayonnaise mixture; blend.
Cover. Chill at least two hours before serving.
Serve on cantaloupe rings or lettuce. Serves 6 to 8.
