Strawberry Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 Tbsp. cornstarch
3 Tbsp. strawberry gelatin
1 c. sugar
1 c. warm water
1 Tbsp. red food coloring
1/2-1 qt. strawberries
1 baked pie crust, cooled

Preparation

Combine cornstarch, gelatin, and sugar.
Then add water and food color. Cook until thick.
Cool.
Add strawberries and pour into baked pie crust.
Refrigerate until cold.
Top with whipping cream, if desired.
