Hummus Tahini - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (20 oz.) can garbanzos, drained
juice of 2 lemons
1 large onion, chopped
2 Tbsp. sesame tahini (ground, hulled sesame seed)
1 minced garlic clove
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a blender.
Let stand several hours for flavors to permeate.
Serve with pita bread.
