Mom'S Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes, diced
    3 eggs
    1/2 medium onion
    3 Tbsp. sweet relish
    2 Tbsp. Blue Plate mayonnaise
    1 1/2 to 2 Tbsp. mustard
    paprika
    salt
    pepper
Preparation
    Boil potatoes and eggs.
    (Dice and peel potatoes before boiling.)
    Cook until potatoes are soft.
    Drain.
    Add chopped onion, relish, mayonnaise, mustard (to taste), paprika and eggs. Salt and pepper to taste.
    Garnish with paprika on top.
    Serve warm or refrigerate and serve chilled.
