Barbecued Ribs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. spareribs, cut
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 c. ketchup
    3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    1 c. water
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Brown ribs on all sides.
    Melt margarine in pan.
    Add onion and brown lightly.
    Add remaining ingredients and cook slowly until flavors are blended, about 15 minutes.
    Pour sauce over browned ribs.
    Cover tightly and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 to 2 hours or until done.
    Serves 6 normal people.
