Microwave Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    20 c. popped corn
    1 c. brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. melted butter or margarine
    1/4 c. light Karo syrup
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Melt butter in large bowl.
    Add brown sugar, salt and Karo. Microwave 2 minutes.
    Stir.
    Microwave 2 more minutes.
    Add baking soda.
    Stir.
    Microwave 1 minute.
    Pour over popped corn in large brown paper bag.
    Stir and shake well.
    Close and turn bag upside down.
    Microwave 1 1/2 minutes.
    Shake well.
    Stir with wooden spoon.
    Microwave 1 1/2 minutes.
    Shake well.
    Stir.
    Microwave 45 seconds.
    Shake well.
    Stir.
    Microwave 30 seconds.
    Shake well. Stir.
    Cool on cookie sheet or foil.
