Grandma'S Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 small chickens
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. paprika
    4 slices bacon
    1/4 c. hot beef bouillon
    1/4 c. oil
    1/2 tsp. white pepper
    6 medium Irish potatoes
    4 to 6 small onions
    parsley sprigs for garnish
Preparation
    Heat oil in a large skillet.
    Add chicken and brown well. Season with salt, pepper and paprika; cook for 10 minutes.
    Cut potatoes in 1-inch cubes.
    Cut bacon in 1-inch pieces and cook for 5 minutes.
    Add onions and beef bouillon.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Remove cover and bake 5 minutes to brown the chicken.
    Arrange on platter and garnish with parsley.
