Maryland Crab Imperial - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. crabmeat
1 Tbsp. mustard
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
12 saltines, crushed
1 egg
1 egg white
1 tsp. onion, grated
1/2 c. mayonnaise
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together.
Instead of layering as in a restaurant, we used ice cream scoop to shape in rows in a baking dish.
Sprinkle paprika over each scoop for a nice presentation. Bake 10 to 15 minutes at 425\u00b0.
