Rocky Road Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. margarine
    1/2 c. unsweetened cocoa
    1 c. sugar
    1 egg
    1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1/4 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. miniature marshmallows
    1 c. coarsely chopped walnuts
    1 c. (6 oz.) semi-sweet chocolate chips
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0. Lightly grease an 8-inch pan.
    Combine butter and cocoa in heavy saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly, until smooth. Remove from heat; stir in sugar, egg, flour, buttermilk and vanilla. Mix until smooth. Spread evenly in pan. Bake 25 minutes. Do not overbake. Remove from oven. Sprinkle marshmallows, walnuts and chocolate chips over the top. Bake for 3 to 5 minutes or until topping is melted.
