Sausage Souffle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 eggs, beaten
6 slices bread, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
2 c. milk
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 tsp. salt
1 lb. Bob Evans sausage (roll)
Preparation

Brown sausage and drain.
Mix eggs, bread cubes, milk and cheese together until bread cubes are saturated.
Add browned sausage.
Place in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Allow mixture to set in refrigerator overnight.
Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes or until golden brown.
