Pecan Jam - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c finely chopped pecans
    4 c sugar
    pinch of salt
    4 Tbsp. brown sugar
    4 Tbsp. ground ginger
    2 sticks butter
    4 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Put in a pan large enough to hold all and allow stirring.
    Heat in open pan until all ingredients blend and are rich in golden color.
    Can be canned in hot water bath for 15 minutes.
