Corn Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. corn
    1 c. sweet milk
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    3 eggs
    red or white pepper to taste
Preparation
    Polk salad is a plant that grows wild.
    Pick and wash polk salad.
    Place in a pot and boil for about 1/2 hour.
    Pour off water and boil a second time for about 1/2 hour and drain.
    Place oil in a skillet.
    Add onions; simmer.
    Add polk salad.
    Cook at low temperature.
    Add eggs, salt and pepper to taste.
    Cook until eggs are well done.
