Meatball Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. beef bouillon or 3 cubes
    1 1/2 c. boiling water
    1 lb. ground beef
    3/4 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Dissolve bouillon in water; set aside.
    In bowl, mix meat, 1/4 cup onion, crumbs, egg and 1/4 cup bouillon liquid; shape into 16 meatballs.
    In large skillet brown meatballs in oil; remove from pan.
    Add remaining onion; cook until tender.
    Stir in flour then remaining bouillon liquid, Worcestershire sauce and meatballs until smooth.
    Cover, simmer 15 minutes.
    Stir in sour cream; heat through.
    Serve over noodles.
