Egg Drop Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 egg
2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 Tbsp. salt
parsley flakes
2 2/3 c. boiling, seasoned chicken broth
Preparation

Heat broth to boiling point.
Slightly beat the egg; add the flour and salt to egg and beat until smooth.
Pour egg batter in a fine stream into boiling broth, stirring while pouring.
Sprinkle parsley flakes.
Serve immediately.
