Crab Cakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. crab meat
1 egg
2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. mustard
6 dashes Tabasco sauce
1/2 tsp. Old Bay seasoning
6 dashes Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. fresh finely chopped onion
Preparation

Combine all ingredients; dip into bread crumbs.
Form into cakes and dip in bread crumbs again.
Fry or broil until brown on both sides.
