Baked Apples - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. flour
about 10 apples
Preparation

Peel and core about 10 good baking apples.
Place the halves in a baking dish with the open centers up.
Crumble together brown sugar and flour.
Sprinkle this mixture over the apples, then sprinkle well with cinnamon.
Dot each apple center with a piece of butter.
Add enough boiling water so that it comes about halfway up on the apples.
Bake for one hour at 350\u00b0.
