Italian Gnocchis - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. instant potatoes
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 large Tbsp. baking powder
    3 whole eggs
    1/2 c. oil
    6 c. flour
    spaghetti sauce
Preparation
    Make potatoes according to package directions.
    Combine all ingredients and mix well.
    Knead until blended and smooth.
    Roll out to about 1/2-inch thick.
    Cut into 1-inch strips.
    Then cut each strip into 1/2-inch or so inch pieces.
    Press into each piece with tins of a fork or with index finger or second finger pressed into each.
    Roll off gently to make a round barrel with a hollow center.
