Baked Fish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. flounder or sole fillets
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. lime juice
    1 c. crushed crackers (about 30 Ritz)
    1/2 c. melted butter
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Make paste with crackers and butter.
    Pat fish dry.
    Add salt and pepper; sprinkle with lime juice.
    Roll in cracker and butter paste until covered.
    Place in 8 x 10-inch Pyrex dish.
    Crumble remaining cracker paste on top.
    Place in a brown paper bag; seal tight.
    Bake in 300\u00b0 oven for 20 minutes.
