Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yeast
    1/4 c. warm water
    1/2 c. butter
    1/3 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. scalded milk
    3 1/2 c. flour
    1 egg
Preparation
    Dissolve 1 package yeast in 1/4 cup warm water.
    Mix in bowl butter, sugar and salt.
    Pour scalded milk over and add flour and egg and mix with mixer.
    Add yeast when batter is warm.
    Add flour. Turn on floured board (rest 10 minutes).
    Place in well greased crock, raise 2 hours and punch down.
    Shape in rolls and raise 1 hour.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
