Swedish Meat Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. round steak and 1/2 lb. lean pork shoulder, finely ground
    2 large boiled potatoes, mashed
    1 egg
    1 small onion
    2 Tbsp. catsup
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Add mashed potatoes to meat, then add egg, grated onion, catsup, salt and pepper.
    Mix thoroughly; brown in butter, then add 1/2 cup water and steam with top on for 10 minutes.
