Pork Chops With Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 pork chops
1/2 stick margarine
salt to taste
1 c. rice (uncooked)
1 (16 oz.) can canned tomatoes
1 medium onion
1 small bell pepper
1 (4 oz.) jar sliced mushrooms
Preparation

Brown pork chops in melted margarine; remove chops.
Cook onion and bell pepper in same skillet.
(I use an old iron skillet).
Add rice, tomatoes and mushrooms and enough water to cook rice.
Place pork chops on top.
Cover and cook for 20 to 25 minutes in 325\u00b0 oven or until rice is done.
Chicken breast can be substituted for pork chops.
