Party Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    dash of cayenne pepper
    1 Tbsp. finely chopped green onion (optional)
    finely chopped pecans
Preparation
    Combine softened cream cheese and Cheddar cheese. Add Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice and dash of cayenne pepper. Mix well. Mixture will be very thick. Shape into a round ball and roll around in chopped pecans until well coated. Chill for several hours before serving with crackers or your favorite veggies. Will keep in the refrigerator for 2 weeks if kept wrapped in plastic.
