Fresh Peach Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    4 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 c. water
    1 pkg. peach jello
    yellow food coloring
    6 fresh peaches, sliced
    1 pie shell, baked
    whipped cream or Cool Whip
Preparation
    Cook sugar, cornstarch and water until it turns clear.
    Add jello and food coloring; cook until thick.
    Cool.
    Pour over fresh peaches in cooked pie shell.
    Top with whipped cream.
